Singapore;
General Manager, Asia Pacific. Responsible for developing further this companies market presence throughout the entire Asia Pacific region. Full operational and management responsibility for 8 regional offices with 27 staff. A background in the voice & data communications area is essential.

Sales Director, South East Asia. Present in Singapore for over 20 years this US telecommunications distribution company require an experienced Sales Director with experience of the distribution industry in Asia with a strong background in sales management to lead the way forward in the region.

Regional Sales Manager, Asia Pacific. Supervise and manage a regional sales team and oversee day-to-day activities. Identify and win global and other major customers. Experience in selling high value products and services in the telecommunications market is essential.

Channel Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific. Develop, implement and manage the channel marketing program for service providers within the company's alliance. Work with sales teams and account managers to implement marketing programs. Around 5 years successful track record of creating and delivering innovative programs is required.

Hong Kong;
Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific. Deliver sales figures and increase revenue throughout the region through a combination of pro-active and motivational man-management and a hands-on approach to sales revenue development. A successful revenue generation background in the telecommunications or data communications market is essential.

Director of Sales, Asia Pacific. A personable and enthusiastic telecommunications business driver with an inclination towards technical selling is sought after by this US based telecommunications player new to the region.

Regional Sales Manager, North Asia. A pre-IPO, e-commerce company is undergoing further re-structuring and development and requires a sales manager capable of building and managing and directing sales activities throughout the North Asia region. A background of 5 years or more in sales management in the high technology sector combined with strong customer-relations skills is required.

South Korea;
Country Sales Manager, South Korea. This pre-IPO software solutions company who are well managed and well funded require a sales manager with experience in the software industry in South Korea. A strong background in ERP, IT, Software and Services background is essential as is proven selling and strong project management experience.

Sales Manager, South Korea. Responsible for manufacturing and distribution sales, account management and business development specifically towards large accounts. A background in Business Intelligence and Information Asset Management Solutions is required.

Channel/Solution Sales Manager, South Korea. Handle the management of relationships with all partners such as Hardware & Software vendors, ISP's and System Integration companies. Recruit ISP's, Solution Partners and SI firms that specialize in areas such as: ERP, GIS, DW, Multimedia Contents and EDMS. A background in Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing is essential.

Managing Director, South Korea. Manage all areas of the Korean operation including sales, client support, marketing and administration. Build develop and maintain customer base that covers major financial service companies and conglomerates. A sound background and reputation in the CTI area is required.

Taiwan;
Regional Sales Manager. North Asia. This organization offers enhanced turnkey solutions to the telecom industry. A track record in strategic and solution selling combined with experience in IP, ATM, Telecom and VoIP Network Architecture is required.

Australia;
Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand. Responsible for driving sales for Australia & New Zealand for this organization that designs and manufactures tools for network operators, systems integrators and manufacturers of optical components. A background in the Photonics Industry would be ideal.

Japan;
Country Sales Manager, Japan. This leading US based firm specializing in DSL technology requires a Tokyo based Sales Manager. A motivated, success-oriented individual with experience of VLSI or Telecommunications products in Japan is vital to the further development of their business in Japan.

Field Service Engineer, Japan. This Optical Networking Communications Company develops, markets and sells all optical networking equipment for regional networks. A Tokyo based FSE is required to become a member of the Customer Services Operation that will include some overseas work. A background in optical technologies such as SONET and DWDM is required.

Where we do it:
The majority of our recruitment work is carried out for positions based in Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and PRC (Beijing and Shenzhen).

Other APAC countries where recruitment projects are being carried out include Japan, The Philippines, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.

How we do it:
Recruitment projects are carried out through a Database Search of our candidates a Focused Headhunt or a combination of the two.

Contingency Recruitment Method (Database Search):
This method is from our database of registered candidates in the Asia Pacific Region and the USA. It is a database of candidates who have been interviewed by us by telephone or through video conferencing if we have not met them in person. We will have a clear understanding of their capabilities and a clear picture of what they are looking for as part of their next career move.

Executive Search Method (Focused Headhunt):
Search projects are usually given a five-week timeframe from our proposal acceptance to the production of a shortlist that will include up to six suitably qualified and interested candidates whom we recommend to you for interview. These candidates are usually identified and uncovered from your competitors and other relevant areas. An executive search proposal will be prepared for you once we have viewed the profile of the candidate(s) you require. The proposal will outline timeframe and cost schedule.

With both of these methods it is our commitment to you to manage the candidate(s) you choose for the position(s) at hand. This means our regularly being in touch with the candidate(s) to ensure that any concerns they may have are addressed and that any unanticipated difficulties are dealt with early on. It is also our responsibility to make sure the transition from current employer to your organization goes smoothly. We manage the separation together. In all cases it is our policy to practice preventative solutions rather than remedial ones.
