Where we do it:
The majority of our recruitment work is carried out for positions based in Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and PRC (Beijing and Shenzhen).
Other APAC countries where recruitment projects are being carried out include Japan, The Philippines, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.
How we do it:
Recruitment projects are carried out through a Database Search of our candidates a Focused Headhunt or a combination of the two.
Contingency Recruitment Method (Database Search):
This method is from our database of registered candidates in the Asia Pacific Region and the USA. It is a database of candidates who have been interviewed by us by telephone or through video conferencing if we have not met them in person. We will have a clear understanding of their capabilities and a clear picture of what they are looking for as part of their next career move.
Executive Search Method (Focused Headhunt):
Search projects are usually given a five-week timeframe from our proposal acceptance to the production of a shortlist that will include up to six suitably qualified and interested candidates whom we recommend to you for interview. These candidates are usually identified and uncovered from your competitors and other relevant areas. An executive search proposal will be prepared for you once we have viewed the profile of the candidate(s) you require. The proposal will outline timeframe and cost schedule.
With both of these methods it is our commitment to you to manage the candidate(s) you choose for the position(s) at hand. This means our regularly being in touch with the candidate(s) to ensure that any concerns they may have are addressed and that any unanticipated difficulties are dealt with early on. It is also our responsibility to make sure the transition from current employer to your organization goes smoothly. We manage the separation together. In all cases it is our policy to practice preventative solutions rather than remedial ones.
